Professional Services

You can count on Marino Site Services LLC to not only meet, but exceed all your needs and requests. Site Services Rates and Quotations Available:
Houston, Texas Area: $700.00 day rate, based on 8hrs. Plus mileage in/out @ $0.675 per mile. 1/2-day rate $350.00 based on a 4hr. Minimum. Plus mileage in/out @ $0.675 per mile.
Out of Town (Domestic US): $850.00 day rate, based on 8hrs. Plus $200.00 daily per diem, Plus mileage in/out @ $0.675 per mile.
OT Work: Based on any hours per day over the 8hr day rate, will be charged at 1.5 times rate.
Holiday Work: Charged at 2 times the standard day rate. Holidays include; New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

The following Terms of Use is a legal contract between an individual user and Marino Site Services LLC regarding the use of your website and services.

Marino Site Services, LLC as a subcontractor or independent contractor, will require client payment weekly for services to the financial institution listed on the contract. Any changes from the original contract to the scope of supply or tasks assigned will be reviewed by the client and Marino Site Services, LLC for contract amendment responsibilities or rate increases. Marino Site Services, LLC will require 2-weeks notice of schedule for project start date, duration, and expected end date, any changes during contract agreement to project timeline will be reviewed by client and Marino Site Services, LLC for contract amendment responsibilities or rate re-calculations. Client safety orientations, hazardous work conditions (environmental, atmospheric, or explosive), PPE requirements, site evacuation plan, and local emergency contact names and phone numbers will be listed on the clients site contract proposal to Marino Site Services, LLC for duplication to final contract. I was first introduced to Bob at Roundhouse Wind. We had a great working relationship. Bob ensured the site roads and pads would allow for safe and timely delivery. Arrival notifications were communicated to all relevant parties. Bob arranged a daily afternoon plan of the day (POD). I was transitioned to a new project, Ponderosa, while Bob finished Roundhouse. I was excited to see Bob arrive at my new site a few months later. Bob set a high standard at Roundhouse, and he did not disappoint at Ponderosa. In addition to his duties and procedures fulfilled at Roundhouse, he also assisted the contractor to become more efficient in their offload and planning. At Ponderosa, we had offload delays that occurred during the project and they were handled in a professional manner.
